Booking Policy
Appointments can easily be booked online through our scheduling system. While no deposit is required at the time of booking, we kindly ask that you honour your appointment time to ensure smooth operations for all clients.​​​

Cancellation Policy
​Every client is important to us, and we understand things come up that may cause you to miss your appointment. With that in mind, we also want to give your appointment the time and attention it deserves. As a result, we respectfully request 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment. Failing to give 24-hour notice or no-show will result in a $15 charge added to your next scheduled service. ​

​Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of service. Payment accepted cash, and Interac-etransfer. Please note that any cancellation or no-show fees will need to be paid on your next appointment.​​
